In the event of under-subscription, workshops or craft evenings maybe cancelled or rearranged. If this occurs, I will give you as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund.
Cancelling a Workshop Booking
If you are booked on a workshop or craft evening and do not turn up on the day, unfortunately no refund or transfer to another workshop can be given. To receive a full refund you must inform me of your non-attendance either by email or phone 7 days in advance.
Craft Party Bookings
To confirm your craft party booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is required 7 days before your craft party. Depending on your location, a travel charge maybe added to the cost of your party booking fee, you will be informed of this charge at the time of your initial enquiry. A minimum of 6 participants are required for a craft party however, if you have less than 6 participants I can host your party in the Blooms by Lyndsey studio.
Cancelling a Craft Party Booking
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your craft party a minimum of 14 days notice is required.
