Workshop Studio

The workshop studio is located in Bishopsteignton, near Newton Abbot. When you have booked a workshop place, I will email your booking confirmation alongwith directions and a map to the studio. There is plenty of on street parking outside of the studio. The studio space is on the first floor, unfortunately the first floor can only be accessed by stairs and there is no lift available.

 

Accommodation

If you are travelling from further afield and would like to book accommodation in the local area, there is a hotel in the village, The Cockhaven Arms that is a 10-15 minute walk from the studio. There are many other accommodation options in the surrounding area so if you would like any recommendations please get in touch.

 

Workshop Cancellations

In the event of under-subscription, workshops or craft evenings maybe cancelled or rearranged.  If this occurs, I will give you as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund.

 

Cancelling a Workshop Booking

If you are booked on a workshop or craft evening and do not turn up on the day, unfortunately no refund or transfer to another workshop can be given. To receive a full refund you must inform me of your non-attendance either by email or phone 7 days in advance.

 

Craft Party Bookings

To confirm your craft party booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is required 7 days before your craft party. Depending on your location, a travel charge maybe added to the cost of your party booking fee, you will be informed of this charge at the time of your initial enquiry. A minimum of 6 participants are required for an adult craft party however, if you have less than 6 participants I can host your party in the Crafting with Blooms by Lyndsey studio. For child craft parties a minimum of 8 participants are required.

 

Cancelling a Craft Party Booking

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your craft party a minimum of 14 days notice is required.

 

Cancelling a Retreat Booking

If you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to cancel your booking you will need to contact me either by email or phone 6 weeks before the retreat to receive a full refund minus the £50 non-refundable deposit. If you contact me less than 6 weeks before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before the retreat, unfortunately I am unable to offer any refund.
